A ll aspects of our lives have been impacted by the COVID-19 epidemic, which has been a turning point in the history of humanity. A ray of hope was recently revealed by the World Health Organization (WHO) with the declaration that COVID-19 is no longer regarded as a worldwide danger. This landmark is a chance to consider the transition from pre-COVID to post-pandemic living while noting the deep emotional loss brought on by the loss of loved ones. Life Before COVID: Before COVID, we lived in a time of busy cities, congested public places, and an unrestricted sense of freedom. People had a fast-paced lifestyle, travelled regularly, and socialized freely with friends and relatives. Organizations frequently overlook the value of employee well-being in favor of development, productivity, and profit. Families were also overwhelmed by life's activity, juggling a variety of obligations while frequently finding it difficult to spend meaningful time together. Life During COVID: T ...

T he fast-paced world we live in today can make it difficult to find the time to connect with those who matter the most to us - our family and elders. This made me consider the problem and look for alternative answers. I came to some conclusions after doing some thinking that I think could be helpful to others who are trying to make this decision.  W hen it comes to gender equality and the empowerment of women, the contemporary world has gone a long way. Today, women have more chances than ever before to advance in their employment, seek further education, and achieve financial independence. Nevertheless, despite these advancements, many women continue to have difficulty deciding whether they want to work as professionals or stay at home with their families. This problem is more likely to affect women who are just starting their careers or going through a significant life transformation. Many professional women who are currently employed worry if they are working out of choice or becau...

Lessons from the Flow: Insights on Life, Energy, and the Cosmos

D uring my journey to Islamabad, I had the opportunity to catch a glimpse of Chenab river I was astounded by the river's water's serenity as I looked at it. I couldn't help but be curious about the many living forms that reside in the river's depths despite how calm it seemed on the top. It is interesting to see how water may present a front of tranquilly and quiet to the outside world while concealing a turbulent and dynamic world inside its depths. This finding shows the complexity and diversity of aquatic environments as well as the need of recognizing and conserving the variety of living forms that reside there.  One of the most intriguing and significant elements on our world is water. Anyone who takes the time to think about the qualities and attributes of water, from the smallest raindrop to the mightiest ocean wave, can feel awe and wonder. This emotion of awe is arguably nowhere more intense than when we examine the freshness and serenity of water. Water may in...
